Venice, CA Lofts: Features

Location, Location, Location

Location - Venice and the Beach

Dogtown sits at the intersection of Main Street and Abbot Kinney, 2 blocks from the beach.

The hippest urban neighborhood in LA, Venice is attracting the young and the young at heart. The original Craftsmen bungalows mix with modern glass and steel structures and neighbors quickly become friends.

Much Like SoHo, Venice started as an arts community, where now celebrated artists have lived and worked since the sixties. The skate and surf revolution had its beginnings here, coining the term Dogtown, that describes a rough and tumble “hood” far from today’s landscaped walk streets, chic restaurants and boutiques.

However polished around the edges, Venice retains rare human qualities of curiosity, diversity and acceptance. New ideas flourish as locals meet at the corner coffee shop.

Live and Work Lofts

DogtownStation are live/work lofts. We attract individuals, creative types and entrepreneurs, looking for space that suits their lifestyle. We offer every owner interior planning and design services, to customize their loft to their needs.

All of the lofts have signature dual-paned double height windows, which flood the spaces with natural light, and the interriors include KitchenAid Series stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and Carrera marble in bathrooms.

We don’t have a pool. And we don’t have a fitness center or a business center. We don’t think you need either – or want to pay for them.

Roof Decks

We do have roof decks and outdoor patios, for barbecuing with friends and watching the night sky. We have side by side parking in secured underground parking, with locked bike racks and additional storage available. Our HOA fees range between $231 to $346.
